私自身がガッツダウン

第５回種族団体戦終了後ＳＳの整頓をしていたら眠くなってしまってました。その翌晩は夜勤がなかったためそのまま就寝したのですが、クーラーのタイマーをセットし忘れ室温が低いままで寝てしまったのです。朝起きたときにものすごい頭痛と体のだるさが・・・。体温を測ってみると３８度７分、結構な風邪を引いてしまったようです。

ブログの更新速度を遅らせたくなかった私は頭がふらふらなまま３記事を書き上げそのままダウンしてしまいました。数時間後に目が覚めましたが体のだるさはまったく取れず、風邪薬を飲もうにも都合悪く切らしていたため部屋の換気と適度な水分、食事を取り横になりました。

仕事は現在職場が深刻な人事不足で代理を勤める人がいません。つまりは休めないのです。少しでも体調を戻すよう６回目の団体戦は見送ることにして、横になってました。

もう残りわずかなＭＦＬ、そのわずかな時間ですら惜しいのになんとも悔しい気持ちです。しかしリアルをないがしろにするわけには行きません。

今現在は職場においてあった薬も飲み、だいぶ落ち着きました。後は適度な栄養を取ってゆっくり休みます。
とりあえずは今日の団体戦は参加したいですね。やはり１日でも無駄にはしたくないです。

お盆勤務の疲れが溜まり今になって現れたのでしょう。
